One simple merch design concept and two rounds of minor revisions. Merchandise is separate. Detailed illustration, extra concepts or a new direction are quoted before additional work begins.
We keep the production files for your Jealous Dog Customs orders. Editable or print-ready files and use of the new design with another producer are not included. Your existing logos and artwork remain yours. Reorder the same approved design without another design fee.

Can you embroider my logo?
Yes. We offer embroidery for hats, polos, workwear, bags and other suitable items. Send your logo, item, quantity and preferred placement. We’ll confirm suitability, digitizing, thread colors, price and timing before production. Embroidery is quoted separately from the DTF apparel price guide.
Do you ship outside Greensboro?
Yes, we ship anywhere. Add your city, country and postal code to the request so we can quote shipping and confirm delivery timing before you order. Shipping is charged separately from merchandise.
Can you handle a larger order?
Yes. We make one-offs, team and staff orders, and larger merch runs. Orders of 48 or more get a tailored quote based on the products, artwork, print method and deadline. Send the details and we’ll confirm pricing and the production schedule.
Can I request laser engraving now?
Yes. We’re accepting custom engraving requests for gifts, business merchandise and group orders. Send your item, material, quantity, artwork and ideal date. We’ll confirm compatibility, availability, price and timing before accepting the job. The gallery images are design examples; your actual item and artwork are agreed in your quote. Engraving is quoted separately from apparel printing.
Can you design the artwork for me?
Yes. Our $35 one-time merch design service includes one simple design concept and two rounds of minor revisions. with your idea, exact wording, style and references. We confirm that your project fits the service before work begins. Detailed illustration, extra concepts or a new direction are quoted separately. Merchandise is additional.
Do I receive the design files? What about reorders?
This service creates artwork for merchandise produced through Jealous Dog Customs. We keep the production files for your orders and reorders; editable or print-ready files and permission to produce the new design elsewhere are not included. Your existing logos and supplied artwork remain yours. Reordering the same unchanged design has no new design fee. Design changes may have a separate fee, agreed in advance.
DTF or screen printing — which should I choose?
DTF is a useful choice for small runs, full-color designs and individual names. Ask about screen printing for bold designs with a few ink colors or a repeat run. Our online prices estimate DTF; screen printing is quoted separately after we review the artwork, garment, quantity and timing. Not sure? Tell us what you want to make and we’ll help choose.
Will the print feel comfortable?
Large areas of solid print can feel heavier than designs with space between the details. The shirt, print size and printing method also make a difference. DTF sits on the fabric’s surface; screen-print feel depends on the ink and coverage. We’ll review the print size, coverage and fabric with you before production.
What is DTF printing?
Direct-to-film (DTF) transfers your design onto apparel using heat and pressure. It supports full-color artwork without a separate screen for each color. We review the fabric, design and placement before confirming production.
Is the mockup a production proof?
The studio shows roughly how your design will look. Garment color, print size and placement can differ from the screen. Realistic mockups can also change artwork details. We keep your original files and saved placement separate, and you approve a final production proof before we print.
What artwork should I upload?
PNG with a transparent background is a good starting point. The studio also accepts JPG and WebP, up to 6 MB per file and 12 MB total for originals and transparent versions. A high-resolution original may be needed for printing. Only submit artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
Can I place a one-piece order?
Yes. The catalog starts at the price for one item, including the item and one print. Quantity savings start at 6, 12 and 24 matching items, with the price for each style shown in our estimator. Larger-size and second-side additions are shown separately; tax and delivery are extra. We confirm stock and your final total before payment.
How long will it take, and how do I get my order?
Tell us when you need the order and where it’s going. We’ll check our schedule and confirm timing, delivery or pickup in your quote. Sending a request doesn’t reserve stock or a place in the schedule.
When do I pay?
Start with a quote request. We review your design, garment and delivery details before asking you to approve a final total. You are not charged for uploading artwork, saving a mockup or requesting a quote.
